As a member of the frontend team, you will primarily work with:\n\n\nReact, Typescript, and SASS Modules for implementing layouts\n\nWebpack and NodeJS to build our application\n\n\n\n\nAbout Paxos\n\nPaxos is on a mission to enable the movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. Together, we empower todayโs financial leaders to build a more open, trusted economy.\n\nWhat you will do: \n\n\n* \nHelp found an internal component library that will be used across business lines and in marketing materials to standardize Paxos look and feel.\n\n\n* Implement interfaces for a variety of internal and external facing features taking inspiration from both the crypto and fintech worlds.\n\n* Create high resolution mockups to test interfaces with users.\n\n* Help to define the companyโs design to engineering pipeline.\n\n\n\n\nWhat you need to have: \n\n\n* Extensive JS experience, pre and post ES6. Comfort writing code for the DOM and transpiler.\n\n* 3+ years of work experience (as either a technical designer or frontend engineer).\n\n* Strong, loosely held opinions on frontend state management, layout construction, and testing strategy.\n\n* An understanding of how to leverage typed languages to improve code safety.\n\n* Comfort using one or more Interface Framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) \n\n* Basic understanding of raw HTML / CS\n\n* Experience working cross functionally and directly with stakeholders\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll love about Paxos:\n\nPaxos has consistently been recognized on the Forbes Fintech 50, CB Insights Blockchain 50 and Built Inโs โBest Places to Workโ lists.
