As a primarily bootstrapped, profitable, and scale up tech business join us as we play our part in making the world a more stable, safer, and fair place.\n\n \nABOUT THE ROLE \n \n\n\n* Define the strategic and tactical brand execution direction for all Marketing collateral produced by the creative studio in alignment with partner co-marketing expectations or in alignment with the HyperionDev or CoGrammar brands.\n\n* Drive HyperionDevโ€™s overall Cost Per Lead & Registration down across all brands, while growing Conversions to Trial & Sale through quality, on-brand marketing that creates brand equity and establishes thought leadership in our category.\n\n* Own best practice product positioning strategy, through structured A/B testing and thorough content performance analysis, iterating in an increasingly agile way.\n\n\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n* Brand Strategy; youโ€™ll build and execute a brand marketing strategy to help improve the brand positioning of products in the local and international markets, with the goal to help Performance Marketing & University Partnerships achieve product-market fit.\n\n* Establish Detailed Documentation; youโ€™ll own the visual style guides, the copy guidelines and restrictions and be the first line of defence and QA in the team.\n\n* Product Champion; help inform the overall marketing strategy with valuable product marketing intelligence. \nThe GWC Curriculum & Instruction Team is searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable Partner Support Specialist to support our corporate Partner communications, onboarding, data collection, and in-program support for our 2024 Summer Programs, which you can learn more about here.\n\n\nThis position reports to the Manager, Partner Training and Support on the Curriculum & Instruction team, and is focused on providing high touch, high quality support to corporate Partner organizations and points of contact who support, plan events, and sponsor our Summer Immersion Program (SIP) and Self-Paced Program (SPP).\n\n\nThis is a part time (up to 20 hours per week), remote, temporary position through September 13, 2024 with the possibility to extend the contract. Successful applicants will bring at least two years of experience with operations, customer service or a customer facing role.\n\n\nThe hourly rate is $20 - $25.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\nPartner Communications (30-35% of your time)\n-Monitor the GWC Partner email inbox, including answering questions, escalating requests, and communicating programmatic reminders with high touch professional courtesy.\n-Support the Manager, Partner Training and Support in creating communications content and staging in our email marketing platform, Campaign Monitor or Yesware.\n\n\n\n\nPartner Onboarding, Training and Support (50-55% of your time)\n-Track and monitor Partner onboarding and logistical information collected via surveys and follow-up with Partners to gather missing information or complete onboarding steps as needed.\n-Ensure that Partner data is accurate, reportable, clear, and easily accessible using our customer relationship platform, Salesforce.\n-Support with the logistics of organizing virtual Partner trainings and roundtables. This may include tracking training registrations, setting up Zoom calls, creating attendance trackers, etc. \n-Support the Manager, Partner Training and Support in QAing and maintaining documentation related to Partner Onboarding, Training and Support. \n-Help QA Partner Training and Onboarding materials as needed. \n-Support Partners with updating event details and maintaining their calendar for their Classroom on HQ, GWCโ€™s custom curriculum platform. \n-Support with the review and QA of SIP Classroom calendars leading up to the launch of the program. \n\n\n\n\nSummer Programs Student & Teacher Communications (10-15% of your time)\n-Help manage our ticket escalation system during the program, including answering questions, requests, and communicating programmatic reminders with high touch professional courtesy.\n-Proactively contact Teaching Teams and other Summer Programs staff around programmatic and logistical items related to Partner Support to ensure a positive experience for our Programmatic Stakeholders. This may include things like supporting the collection of classroom photos, quotes and other content to help craft Partner impact reports. \n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* Have 2+ years of experience with operations, customer service or customer facing roles; \n* Have excellent people skills with an ability to balance priorities, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external Partners.
