\nWHY DEPTยฎ?\n\nWe are pioneers at heart. What this means, is that we are always leaning forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and we are a new model of agency, with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. Thatโs why we hire curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating.\n\nOur culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. Meaning, that with people across 20+ countries, weโre big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. You must have a deep understanding, preferably from hands-on experience, in digital media strategy, planning and activation that is designed for the purpose of driving performance and measurable ROI. As a key leader, you must also demonstrate the capability to forge strong partnerships with both clients and agency teams alike. We expect you to be both student and teacher; remaining eager to learn in our ever changing landscape, but ready to be a resource and mentor to anyone equally eager to learn.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES \n\nLeadership / Account Management\n\n\n* Maintaining a strong understanding of the holistic business for each client in their portfolio - with insights on their competitors, overarching business goals, engagements with other agency partners, performance priorities, etc.\n\n* Experience leading both Sales-led and Product-led B2B marketing campaigns\n\n* Proven success coordinating marketing and sales teams to drive quality traffic and leads\n\n* Orchestrating multi-discipline collaboration and implementation for flawless execution of full-funnel, cross-channel campaign strategy and activation. Serves as the holistic account leader responsible for managing client expectations and effectively setting Activation and Growth Services teams up for shared success.\n\n* Have the aptitude for elevating a clientโs ambition in ways that allow us to over deliver and bring proactive growth orientated solutions. \n\nCOMPANY\n\n\nAt 0x, our mission is to create a tokenized world where all value can flow freely. Weโre a mission-driven and diverse team composed of world class talent from Coinbase, Google, Meta, Bitso, Citi, Spotify and other top companies. We are a remote-first and fully distributed company, with team members located across all of the continents besides Antarctica. As early pioneers in the space, weโve made significant technical contributions to various Ethereum standards over the years; fun fact - our team helped establish the NFT token standard (ERC721).\n\nIn joining us, you'll take part in transforming the way that value is exchanged on a global scale.
