Youโll lead the continued Android development of our flagship app, Elevate. * Lead complex projects by defining requirements, determining solutions, and delivering on results\n* Participate in the product development process, representing engineering by communicating technical constraints, opportunities, and solutions\n* Work closely with our Product and Design teams to build great user experiences\n* Own major features and components, iterating on them while maintaining product polish\n* Mentor your fellow teammates to help them grow as engineers\n* Set standards of engineering excellence in service design and implementation with a focus on reliability \n\n# Requirements\n* You have 5+ years of professional software experience in Android app development\n* You have shipped at least one Android app\n* Proficient with Java\n* Experience implementing unit tests and with development methods that support automated testing\n* Experience with writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code\n* You are passionate about user interface and user experience\n* You communicate clearly and participate in design reviews and code reviews\n* You stay up to date with the latest android development news and technologies\n\n**Bonus**\n* Experience working in a remote environment\n* Experience with Dagger & RxJava\n* Experience with Kotlin\n* Experience with C++, Python, and/or Ruby\n* Experience building complex animations\n* Experience with TeamCity\n* Interests in test-driven development and software development best practices\n* Interest in cognitive training and educational technology \n\nPlease mention the words **OBLIGE MEDAL BEFORE** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTguMjE2LjE4Ni4xNjQ=).
