You will be working side by side with other experts on your team to deliver context-based automated testing tools and solutions to help identify issues across multiple integrated systems.\nYou are smart, driven and talented. At Theorem you can make a significant impact while enjoying a flexible work schedule.\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\n\n\n\n* Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing efforts.\n\n* Design and implement automated testing solutions, and integrate them into a continuous integration/delivery pipeline.\n\n* Collaborate in a consultative environment \n\n* Guide our clients in best practices in order to achieve great project success\n\n\n\n\n\nQUALIFICATION AND SKILLS\n\n\n* 5+ years of experience working as a Software Test Automation Engineer or QA Automation Engineer.\n\n* 2+ years of experience coding automated tests using Selenium Webdriver and Ruby.\n\n* Previous remote work experience.\n\n* Previous experience collaborating on highly distributed teams.\n\n* Possess a passion for software quality and testing.\n\n* Possess a drive to get things done.\n\n* Excellent communication skills.\n\n* Previous consulting experience.\n\n* Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.\n\n* Possess a strong and reliable internet connection.\n\n* Align a portion of your day with the business hours of Pacific Time Zone - UTC - 7.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
