* Work together with product management to build innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience\n* Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering \n* Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks\n* Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas\n* Discuss designs and key milestone deliverables\n* Perform user research and evaluate user feedback\n* Set design guidelines, best practices, and standards\n* Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies \n\n# Requirements\n* Have experiance in delivering a simple and creative mobile app design\n* Profound UI design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects\n* Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps\n* Significant experience with Sketch, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools\n* Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction\n* Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach\n* Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process\n* BS or MS degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or other related areas\n\n**Nice to have:**\n\n* Passionate about social network apps and would love to compete with worldwide social networks\n* Have won in designs awards, preferably apple's design awards \n\n**Perks:**\n\n* Annual competitive bonus based on your direct performance.\n* 100% Remote, we live on the cloud (no office & manage your own time), but you should be within GMT+2 to GMT+7\n* Office/Ergonomics compensation\n* We would sponsor any gym like subscription\n \n\nPlease mention the words **SOLDIER CONDUCT ABSTRACT** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTguMTE3LjE1OC40Nw==).
