As a Solutions Architect, you are a technical expert that partners with Redox customers post-sale. Your main objectives are to ensure the success of the customer’s integration design by leading solution discussions and meaningfully expanding the customer’s use of the Redox platform. Solutions Architects need to have a deep technical understanding of the Redox platform and offering, as well as healthcare industry technology, regulations, and trends in order to successfully support customers in designing sustainable, scaling products and integration architecture. This wide knowledge base also makes Solutions Architects important product and industry educators among the greater pipeline and customer success teams.\n\n\n\n\nExperience Required:\n\n\n\n\n* 3-5 years of experience in a solutions architect, technical customer service, or product-focused role\n\n* 3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology\n\n* Experience educating both technical and non-technical audiences on technical topics\n\n* Have a deep understanding of APIs and web service protocols\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDesired Skills:\n\n\n\n\n* Able to learn, understand, and communicate new technical concepts quickly and effectively\n\n* Able to solve problems on your feet\n\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills\n\n* Able to adapt quickly in a constantly changing industry and ecosystem\n\n* Comfortable with uncertainty\n\n* Able to turn problems into actionable plans\n\n* Intellectually curious with a genuine desire to both learn and teach\n\n* Patient, agile, and able to grow with an expanding team and company\n\n* Able to say No to or push back against both prospects and teammates when something is not in the best interest of Redox and our customers\n\n* Able to work autonomously as well as work effectively with a team of different personalities to identify the best solutions and paths forward for both Redox and our customers\n\n\n\n\n
