We’ll count on you to raise the bar with solid engineering fundamentals and leadership, but also with your passion for making great games.\n\n \n* Proven expertise in a specialized area of game engineering, like networking, rendering, physics, streaming, or weapon and combat systems.\n* Constantly focused on showcasing their features\n* Team player who is always looking to help solve problems wherever needed\n* Solve difficult problems that are sometimes not well defined by writing elegant and practical code\n* Understand the fundamentals of game design to effectively break down feature requests into achievable and detailed engineering goals and tasks\n* Assist in developing engineering plans and commitments, and then deliver consistently against those commitments\n* Challenge yourself and others to constantly raise the bar on quality, consistency, maintainability, efficiency, and above all, a great gaming experience\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience\n* 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, working on multi-discipline teams\n* At least 1 released game on which you were a primary contributor\n* Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures\n* Advanced software engineering skills, including the ability to write expert-level, maintainable, and robust code in C++ or other popular object oriented languages like C# or Java\n* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively on shared projects with designers, artists, testers, and other developers\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n* Avid game player who appreciates a wide variety of game genres\n* 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, working on multi-discipline teams\n\n\n
