What you'll be doing;\n\n\n\nโข Develop a strategy to grow Daiokan in different aspects.\n\no Define and manage our next software features together with our software partner.\n\no Customer acquisition.\n\no Customer retention\n\no Community management. \n\nโข Hire the right people to keep Daiokan growing. \n\nโข Working across all parts of the business to spot and maximise growth opportunities\n\nโข We want you to bring new ideas to the table. \n\nโข You will report weekly to the management team through a zoom call. \n\nYou will take over this position from our current CEO. There will be a transition period for about two months giving you the time to understand your expectations fully. \n\n \n\n# Requirements\nWhat you'll bring to the table;\n\n\n\nโข Self-starter with a proven ability to develop, implement, and execute with little oversight or direction Ability to mentor/manage other marketers You are creative.\n\nโข You are Humble.
