**What Youโll Do:**\n* Manage, improve, and build upon our backend REST API\n* Refactor existing code based on new functionality requirements and to improve scalability, testability, and maintainability\n* Write automated tests for existing code and new features developed\n* Monitor performance and use across the entire technology stack (server, application code, and database) to identify bugs, improve speed, and track key metrics\n* Work, learn and lead in a remote cross-functional agile team\n* Actively participate in design and architecture decisions\n\n \n\n# Requirements\n**Required Experience:**\n* 3+ years of professional experience using a PHP framework (Laravel, Zend, Symphony, CakePHP, etc.)\n* 3+ years of professional experience using a relational database system (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)\n* Experience with advanced web application features such as queues (Redis), notifications, events, sending mail, etc.\n* Created or managed production REST APIโs that are consumed and used by real customers.\n* Experience writing automated tests (unit, feature, API, integration, etc.)\n\n**Desired Experience:**\n* 2+ years of professional experience with Laravel\n* 2+ years of professional experience with MySQL\n* Experience developing with Test-Driven Development (TDD)\n* Experience with SendGrid, Twilio, Facebook, or Google APIs\n* Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS\n* Experience managing large datasets\n \n\nPlease mention the words **IDENTIFY RECALL VIVID** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RNTQuMTk4LjE1NC4yMzQ=).
