\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role has strong ownership of product architecture and design decisions for iOS platform\n\n* Design and develop high quality software services and features, working with other team members\n\n* Produce clean code and automated tests\n\n* Align with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards\n\n* Be the role-model for all engineers in the team in terms of technical competency\n\n* Work closely with Head of Engineering and Product Management to fit the mantra – “Create the Right Product, Create the Product Right”\n\n* Research, assess and adopt new technologies as required\n\n* Be a guide and mentor to the team members and help in ramping up the overall skill-base of the team.\n\n* Produce detailed estimates and optimized work plans for requirements and changes\n\n* Ensure that features are delivered on time and that they meet the business needs\n\n* Strive for quality of performance, usability, reliability, maintainability and extensibility\n\n* Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements\n\n* Use analytical rigor to produce effective solutions to poorly-defined problems\n\n* Follow Build to Ship mantra in practice with full Dev Ops implementation\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* 5+ years of hard-core software development and product creation experience\n\n* Computer Science (or equivalent) degree\n\n* Working knowledge in Swift/Objective C\n\n* Hands-on working knowledge of DevOps, automation testing, test driven development, behavior driven development, server-less or micro-services\n\n* Solid background in large scale software development, with some expertise in JavaScript\n\n* Location: Onsite opportunities in Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore)\n\n\n\n\n\nApplication link: https://www.gitstart.dev/
