* Position: Head of Growth Marketing\n* Location: ANZ with occasional national and international travel\n* Reports to: Managing Director, Freddy Chanut\n* Works with: Entire In-house Growth Marketing team; high calibre, switched on clients (mostly med/large web businesses)\n* Key objectives: Lead a Growth Marketing team of 13 people (mix of Full-Time and Freelancer) working across Biddable, Programmatic, Social, Inbound, SEO, Content.\n Design and drive high impact acquisition and growth strategies. Help the business win new accounts and grow opportunities with existing clients, take ownership of the team, projects, outcomes and future plans. \n\n**Experience required: **\n\n* You are an experienced performance marketing pro who worked across both biddable and inbound marketing. You are an expert at bringing traffic in but also know how to play beyond the pure acquisition play.\n* You worked with the senior leadership team and can communicate a digital marketing plan at their level.\n* Your strong numeracy and focus on business metrics rather marketing vanity metrics help you win their trust and focus on improving a clients bottom line.\n* You are well versed in the GMP Search360, D&V360 and Campaign manager. A plus if you also played with Adobe Advertising Cloud\n* Your agency experience means you can juggle multiple projects and know that ultimately time is money. You also know that creating solutions/processes/tools that drive client value will saving time is the smart way forward.\n* Since you’ve done a few rounds working with agencies, you are also probably tired of the usual bollocks going on with large groups and want to join a company that thrives to produce a different model. So get to work with like-minded people, challenge and be challenged, have a laugh, solve problems and surf at lunchtime.\n\n\n**The Job Description**\n\nSummary\n\nThis role will be responsible for crafting strategy and implementing tactics to improve processes and solutions and to develop digital strategies focused on growing our client’s business using a range of channels.\nThe Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for leveraging a working knowledge of paid, organic and owned digital marketing channels, across with leading a fully remote team and managing customer relationships.\n\n\n**The Responsibilities**\n\nShort version\n* Be in charge of the P&L for the growth team\n* Develop digital strategies focussed on growing our client’s business using a range of channels working together in coherent strategies\n* Help the business win new accounts and growth opportunities with existing clients and new clients\n* Develop/upgrade processes, templates and solutions to do our work better\n* Develop and foster a mutually-beneficial partnership between clients and In Marketing We Trust (IMWT)\n* Stay abreast of changes in the market, leverage this dynamic environment to create opportunities for clients\n* Recruit, manage and develop your team members - currently 8 team members + 5 freelancers\n\n\n**The Ideal Candidate**\n\nThis is a critical hands-on position with plenty of scope for development driving forward our efforts in this space and the ideal candidate has the demonstrated ability to ensure successful service delivery and build customer success.\n\nSkills and Experience\n\n* In-depth PPC/Biddable knowledge & significant experience running ad campaigns\n* Track record of developing and managing growth marketing programs\n* Ability to set multi-channels management plan and execute them\n* Commercial/financial acumen to tie marketing actions to business performance\n* Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and communication skills,\n* Strong analytical skills and research abilities with demonstrated previous results in creating strategic direction\n* Experience in managing large budgets and deliver across multiple KPIs\n* In-depth knowledge of the industry and technology\n* Results-oriented with the ability to prioritise multiple objectives,\n* Demonstrated experience leading a remote team\n* Exceptional interpersonal skills giving you the ability to build report, manage your team and pitch new ideas\n\n\nQualifications/Education:\n\n* 5+ years Paid Media experience or related Growth/ Biddable lead experience\n* In-depth PPC knowledge & significant experience running ad campaigns\n* Track record of developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing programs\n* Ability to set multi-channels management plan and execute them\n* Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills,\n* Strong analytical skills and research abilities with demonstrated previous results in creating strategic direction\n* Experience in managing large budgets and deliver across multiple KPIs\n* In-depth knowledge of the industry and technology\n* Results-oriented with the ability to prioritise multiple objectives,\n* Demonstrated experience leading a remote team and managing customer relationships\n* Exceptional interpersonal skills giving you the ability to build report, manage your team and pitch new ideas\n* Software and marketing services industry experience is a plus\n\n\nAdditional Skills & Abilities\n\n* Must be able to work unsupervised, be flexible\n* Knowledge and understanding of SEO, content marketing, paid search and landing page optimisation\n* High level of attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through\n* Requires independent effectiveness, taking initiative, strong influencing and driving knowledge\n* Must have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate\n* Ruthless focus on meeting time vs. budget objectives\n* Strong ability to multitask between several client accounts\n* A relentless curiosity and an inquisitive mind\n\n\nAttributes and behaviours we love to see\n\n* A can-do attitude\n* Ownership of your work\n* Inquisitive\n* Analytical\n* Creative in context\n* Results orientated\n* Collegiate and supportive\n* A sense of humour\n\n\n**The Application Process**\n\n* Fill up the form in the career section.
