You will become an expert in tech recruitment market to guide our community.\n \n\nWhat you will be doing\n\n* Research for candidates who qualify for the existing job openings\n\n* Funnel Analysis to create awareness to numbers and ratios and find solutions to improve\n* Understand what are our talents’ interests and career goals\n* Share useful information about companies and job openings\n\n* Share market insights (countries, visa, relocation, etc.) and the salary conditions our Talent deserves\n* Help improving things like CV and Landing.jobs’ profile\n* Give support during the hiring process, including help with decision-making regarding salary negotiations and relocation processes\n\n\n\nThis is a freelance position which means that you can work from wherever you want and when you want.
