Our most popular products are:\n\n* [Jilt ](https://jilt.com/)- an email marketing platform built for eCommerce that helps stores engage and delight their customers with emails that drives sales.\n* [WooCommerce Memberships](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/) - a full-featured membership site solution for stores running WooCommerce.\n\nWe’re looking for a driven, experienced Product Manager to help grow Jilt.\n\n**You should be:**\n* Empathetic and understanding of the user journey, and excited to collaborate with the team in making it better.\n* Adept at understanding the difference between user needs and requests.\n* Able to translate feedback into job stories and acceptance criteria for our engineering team.\n* Detail-oriented & curious, with a drive to understand and solve challenges for users in a clean, simple, and streamlined way.\n* A self-starter, comfortable working independently and taking a high level of responsibility.\n* Dedicated to constant learning and sharing your knowledge.\n\n**Bonus points if you also have:**\n* Experience with CSS and HTML; even more for familiarity with programming languages\n* WooCommerce or other eCommerce experience (particularly with other platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce)\n* Experience with product design tools like Whimsical, Figma, Balsamiq, or others\n* Experience working with an Agile development team\n\n**You’ll be responsible for:**\n* Gathering and organizing customer feedback via multiple sources.\n* Identifying user problems and developing job stories to communicate them to our team.\n* Analyzing competitors and identifying gaps in our product offering.\n* Proposing product improvements that address customer, team, and company needs.\n* Contributing to and providing feedback on UX design.\n* Improving how we track and use product analytics.\n* Collaborating with team members across support, design, and engineering to deliver solutions that solve user problems.\n* Prioritizing stories, bug reports, and product improvements with our engineering team.\n* Ensuring that product updates meet acceptance criteria and our definition of done.\n* Communicating product changes to our team internally and to customers externally.\n\n\n**Why you’ll love working with us:**\n* Kind, wonderful teammates that enjoy their work as much as you do\n* Competitive salary\n* Annual company retreats (read about [our last adventure in Scotland!](https://www.skyverge.com/blog/skytrip-2019-recap/))\n* Fantastic benefits: 27 days paid time-off, full health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), retirement contributions, paid parental leave, and more!\n* Transparent culture (check out [our team wiki](https://hq.skyverge.com/))\n\nCurious to learn more?
