4tellโข Solutions, LP is looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic sales leader; an ambitious change agent to set sales tempo, develop process and infrastructure, drive sales to close and ultimately scale revenue. Working directly for the CEO, the VP of Sales will have primary responsibility for overall sales in North America. \n\nWorking with the executive team, the VP of Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategy and revenue generation. S/He will also be responsible for working with both the Sales team and the broader company to build a scalable and repeatable sales infrastructure. \n\nThe VP of Sales role begins with actively generating significant revenue during the remainder of 2015. S/He is expected to accomplish this goal by closing his/her own accounts and effectively managing our sales efforts and sales team, by supporting efforts to close accounts already in the pipeline, updating and improving sales processes and pitch-craft, honing team skills, and improving reporting for sales activity, pipeline and performance metrics.\n\nThe VP will be responsible for defining a plan for scaling the sales team. This effort will include; defining future team structure, spearheading recruiting efforts, refining training processes, developing sales metrics that drive the organization, crafting a more rigorous approach to professional channel sales and management and process improvement on sales operations.\n\nWorking with the executive team, the VP of Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategy and revenue generation.
