We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us manage and expand our growing product portfolio. As a new Product Manager in SOCi, you would be paired with an Engineering Director and up to 9 engineers that you would work closely to continue to refine and build out sections of our SaaS platform, either around our presence (content management), care (reputation and engagements) or growth (ads) product lines.\n\n\n*OPEN TO REMOTE CANDIDATES IN NORTH AMERICA*\n\n\nResponsibilities and Requirements\n\n\n\n* Maintain an ordered list of backlog based on priority for bugs, issues, and features (backlog grooming)\n\n* Develop user stories and functional specifications for top items in the backlog (spec'ing)\n\n* Work with Engineering Director and Technical Leads to refine technical specifications for new features and products\n\n* Continually clarify product requirements and work closely with engineering teams on a daily basis\n\n* Review and sign off on all product changes after they have been developed to ensure they match original requirements\n\n* Solicit product feedback from internal (sales, CS, executive) and external (customers) stakeholders to expand product backlog\n\n* Evaluate and report on product usage metrics on a regular basis to validate prior decisions and inform backlog grooming activities\n\n* Ensure new products are complete and user-friendly such that they are easy to grasp and use\n\n* Ensure adequate documentation and communication exists for product changes (in-app tutorials, product emails, knowledge base articles)\n\n* 2+ years experience working in Product Management \n\n* Start up experience desired\n\n* UX/ Frame working knowledge desired\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat's SOCi's culture like?\n\n\nOur primary driver is professional growth and learning, coupled with a desire to help our customer succeed.
