We are intrinsically motivated by remaining true to our company values, setting and exceeding audacious goals, and staying energetic about our team and our products.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nA Principal Test Engineer with a “take no prisoners” attitude to join our team.\n\nWhy is Engineering at Givelify Different?\n\n\n* Moonshots are our norm.\n\n* Our product impacts real people on the ground.\n\n* We build with passion.\n\n* High standard of engineering quality.\n\n* Solve unique scalability challenges.\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Build and maintain internal functional testing processes and infrastructures\n\n* Build and maintain regression and functional test bases\n\n* Recommend and administer quality-specific tools\n\n* Collaboratively establish testing standards, tools, tests, and processes\n\n* Organize the test base, collaboratively establish reporting and test metrics, and train less experienced team members\n\n* Accept ownership for one or more major, complex products and act as quality representative to and for that product. Help the product team improve quality and efficiency.\n\n* Build and Champion good bug management practices\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n* BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience\n\n* 10 years of relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience\n\n* Strong root cause analysis skills\n\n* Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server\n\n* Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, project and bug management processes.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
