**What will you do**\n* Develop our PR plan for the German, Austrian and Swiss cycling, mountain biking and hiking market including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.\n* Manage all media relations activities, seeking high-quality placements on both print and digital channels.\n* Evaluate opportunities for events, sponsorships, partnerships and advertising.\n* Build relationships with the most relevant journalists and industry members to maximize brand presence and increase awareness. \n* Team up with our community managers, product team, copywriters and designers to develop inspiring stories for advertorials, press notes and releases.\n* Collect and analyze results, test new tactics and optimize your daily workflow.\n \n\n# Requirements\n**You will be successful in this position if you**\n* Have at least 4 years experience as a PR Manager/ Media Manager working for a cycling or outdoor brand (cycling preferred).\n* You have a proven track record of executing successful PR campaigns, with the cycling or outdoor media, to your name. \n* You live what you preach:.
