If you thrive in a small team environment and love being involved in creating real products that will have an impact on real users, this is the job for you.\n\nAs a designer, you’ll be asked to aid creatives in existing projects and provide new and fresh approaches to design problems, helping projects move forward. You’ll ensure your projects run smoothly, have great interpersonal skills and confidence handling and delivering client-facing work. You’ll take an active role communicating and delivering great results.\n\n# Responsibilities\n * Work on existing web and native app products, maintaining a superb level of design\n* Creating beautiful work of the highest standards based on client requirements\n* Work with teams to understand business strategies and create user stories to reflect them\n* Provide high-level wireframes and be able to explain your reasoning while incorporating client and team’s feedback\n* Create beautiful mockups and continue to deliver great design work from concept to delivery\n* Be able to adhere to specified brand guidelines\n* Accurate, precise planning in a fast-paced environment\n* Management of design schedules and tasks\n* Effectively communicate road blocks and breakthroughs to the team to manage client expectations\n* Occasionally aid junior team members in their tasks to ensure high quality\n* Liaise with the Project Management and the Development teams to ensure deadlines are met \n\n# Requirements\n* Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer\n* Proven work experience in web product design: web applications, native apps, etc\n* Portfolio of completed design projects\n* Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch App and Invision\n* Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts\n* Incredible attention to detail, especially on legacy pieces\n* Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team\n* Experience presenting to creatives, strategists and clients from concept to delivery\n* Superb knowledge of product design processes and web design\n\n**About You**\n* You are able to quickly adapt and learn new project workflows\n* You are a self starter, but you are able to follow directions\n* You have experience in Lean Methodology\n* You have excellent organizational skills\n* You have an excellent phone manner\n* You have excellent written and oral English language skills\n* You are able to lead more than one project at once\n\n**Bonus**\n* Experience working remotely\n* Experience using online management tools (Jira, Trello, etc)\n* Experience writing user stories\n* Experience in brand design\n\n**Benefits / Salary**\n* Competitive salary\n* Your birthday off\n* 2 weeks of vacation per year\n* Maternity and paternity benefits\n* Your local public holidays off\n* The flexibility to work anywhere you prefer\n* The chance to work with some of the most prestigious clients in the world\n* Lots of fun team building events throughout the year\n* The opportunity to work with a fun and talented bunch of people from all over the world!\n\n**Salary: $45,000 -$55,000**
