Check us out here!\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are looking for a Lead Security Engineer to take the reins of our security programs. At Dealer Inspire, we believe that security is paramount to building trust with our customers. As the Lead Security Engineer you will have the opportunity to develop and improve security programs that enable stakeholders across Dealer Inspire to deliver secure software. \n\nWhat you will do:\n\n\n* Partner with development teams to ensure OWASP best practices are being followed. \n\n* Lead internal penetration tests across critical assets. \n\n* Develop internal data handling & storage procedures. \n\n* Partner with sales teams to ensure compliance with customer security requirements. \n\n* Develop roadmaps to receive ISO & SOC certifications. \n\n* Train internal teams on security policies and practices. \n\n* Work with executive team to develop long-term security goals. \n\n* Partner with IT teams to assess the risk of threats and vulnerabilities to Dealer Inspire and the services Dealer Inspire provides to its clients.\n\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills\n\n\n* Working knowledge of Unix/Linux shell, AWS, vulnerability scanners, Mac OS X\n\n* Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision\n\n* Previous application security testing or Incident Response (IR) experience, including presenting and documenting vulnerabilities, findings or incidents.\n\n* Strong understanding of software security architecture and design and the ability to clearly articulate best practices for application security\n\n* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, breaking down vulnerabilities to both developers and leadership.\n\n* Comprehensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of testing for the OWASP Top 10\n\n\n\n\nDesired Skills\n\n\n* CISSP or CISA certification.\n\n* Experience programming in Ruby, PHP, or JavaScript.\n\n* Experience working directly with clients \n\n\n\n\nCompensation\n\n$90,000+ per year based upon skill and previous experience.
