Well, let's just say that our site and our lead nurturing need a little bit more Tender Love and Caring\n\n\n\nLooking for a quantitative, action-oriented marketer to join our team reporting directly to the Principal consultant / Commercial Director. * Form a deep understanding of our target market (CMO, CDO and channel manager)\n\n* Generate business leads\n\n* Create and manage acquisition focused digital marketing campaigns\n\n* Manage and maintain marketing technology stack (WP, GTM, GA, Node.js projects, Hotjar, Google Optimise\n\n* Manage and maintain CRM (we use sharpspring as our marketing automation platform)\n\n* Undertake analysis to measure and report on campaign performance\n\n* Support the development of business partnerships (Creative agencies, dev shops, CX firms)\n\n* Support the creation and delivery of digital assets \n\n \n\n# Requirements\n**Experience & Skills**\n\n* 2+ years is desired, although past-performance is more important than time\n\n* Experience and understanding of B2B service markets\n\n* Must be able to demonstrate strong digital marketing skills including; performance and lifecycle marketing\n\n* Demonstrate a strong understanding of proposition development \n\n* Analytical mindset - a strong understanding of data analysis \n\n* Testing mindset - a strong understanding of channel and conversion optimisation \n\nPlease mention the words **SWAMP PUPPY ARTIST** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTguMTE4LjIuMTU=).
