We're just 15 mins from Victoria!\n\n \n\nDLG is in the driving seat, and we're taking the Lead. That's why we're currently recruiting a Technology Risk Assessor. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Direct Line Group advising the Head of Technology Risk, CISO and CIO stakeholders on Cyber, Technology and Data risks, and recommending and facilitating appropriate responses.\n\n \n\nWe are currently operating in a team of 5 with a further 9 in the wider team, all working closely with Tech Services (TS) and Information Security Risk and Assurance (ISRA) merging different talents and backgrounds together. \n\n \n\nSome key focuses will be;\n* Identify and assess threats and work with the ISRA and Technology Services in their application of appropriate risk reduction and mitigation solutions\n* Assist in drawing out operational technology risks and recommend appropriate mitigation during risk workshops, relevant meetings and discussions\n* Perform end to end risk assessments of the enterprise architecture and drive risk based decisions to enhance the IT landscape\n* Provide consultancy guidance and technical expertise during project implementation to right controls are implemented and operational risk is managed within appetite\n* Formulate recommendations for response to identified technology risks, issues and events in line with Technology Risk processes.\n* Support management of technology risks, master action plans and events in the group Risk Management System.\n* Ensure high quality and accurate information is submitted to stakeholders to enable risk based conclusions\n* Support and suggest improvements for processes and approaches for mitigating risks\n* Make recommendations on risk response to Technology Risk Manager and Head of IT Risk\n\n\n\n \n\nRequired Skills / Essential Skills\n* A track record of undertaking risk assessments in an IT and Change environment in an outsourced environment\n* Ability to influence particularly when working within a contractual environment\n* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels\n* Credible background of Operational Risk relating to IT and Change\n* Ability to work self-sufficient and proactively\n\n\n\n \n\nDesirable Skills\n* Certification such as CRISC, CISA, AWS, ITIL, CISSP preferred.\n\n\n\n \n\nThis position may be suited for someone who has worked within the following roles: Solutions Architect, Security Architect, Technical Business Analyst.\n\n \n\nAt Direct Line Group, we're shaping the future.
