Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices\n* Manage full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onsite interviews, offers and closing candidates\n* Effectively communicateย Doximity'sย mission and culture, and help candidates understand impact and value to the engineering culture\n* Proactively contribute to improving recruiting atย Doximityย by challenging the status quo and providing useful suggestions for improvement\n\n**What weโre looking for:**\n\n* 3+ years of experience as a fullยญ-cycle recruiter with focus on Engineering Recruiting\n* Technology knowledge (different coding languages/technical stacks/terminology)\n* Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required.\n* Professional and versatile when sourcing, assessing, pitching and closing a candidate\n* Exceptional project management skills, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment\n* Knowledgeable with ATS system (Greenhouse) - you believe in meticulous candidate notes and know that excellent database hygiene leads to accurate reporting\n* Strong communication and analytical skills\n* BA/BS degree or higher\n\n**About Doximity**\n\nWeโre thrilled to be named theย Fastest Growing Company in the Bay Area,ย and one ofย Fast Companyโs Most Innovative Companies.
