Learn more about us at continued.com.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nWe are seeking a Product Manager to assist in maintaining current products/services and to assist in the development of new products and features based on feedback from our business development manager. This position will work closely with the business development manager, project manager counterparts, business systems analyst, development leads, SMEs and QA engineers to not only define product release requirements, but to ensure current products/services are operating optimally and according to specifications. \n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Understands and adheres to the overarching continued product vision, strategy, and 5 year rolling roadmap consistent with our overall strategic plan.\n\n* Meets with multi-functional subject matter experts (SMEs) for continuous learning of all aspects of existing product lines (admin capabilities, payment processing, group sales vs. individual sales offerings, etc).\n\n* Assumes day-to-day management and responsibility for existing products and services including product roadmap specifications/implementation.\n\n* Prioritizes and makes definitive decisions on all product maintenance work and ticket backlogs.\n\n* Engages in ongoing user acceptance testing and customer service insights based on customer feedback and needs from our existing product lines.\n\n* Serves as the internal evangelist for all product/service offerings.\n\n* Assists in the development of new products and features by completing product requirements and product development programs; establishing time schedules with team members.\n\n\n\n\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements\n\n\n* 3+ years experience in web product development required\n\n* Product management experience a plus\n\n* Bachelor's Degree preferred\n\n* Experience with and understanding of project management and product development for multiple web and mobile consumer products\n\n* Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD’s)\n\n* Extremely motivated and detail-oriented, energized by big challenges\n\n* Strong analytical skills - able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems\n\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment\n\n* Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions\n\n* An organized thinker - you carefully plan projects and make detailed lists\n\n* Enjoy collaborating, communicating, and working closely with people from a wide variety of backgrounds\n\n* Love providing the best possible user experience - having a passion motivates you to work tirelessly to help the team deliver the best possible experiences\n\n* Obsessed with simplicity and being able to make data-driven product decisions\n\n\n\n\nOther Requirements\n\n\n* Ability to work from your home office Mon-Fri, 8a-5p in your time zone\n\n* Travel occasionally for company and department meetings\n\n\n\n\nPerformance Measurements\n\nThe Product Manager’s success will be measured and evaluated by the following metrics:\n\n\n* Increase in overall organizational clarity, pace and delivery, expressed in metrics such as timely release of backlog tickets, quality products, customer satisfaction, and overall system performance.\n\n* Management, prioritization and decision-making ability of ongoing development tickets related to the weaknesses and improvement of current products/services.\n\n* Completion of post-product development evaluations from internal and external stakeholders to determine how well results were achieved.\n\n\n\n\nTo Apply\n\nWe value attention to detail.
