As such, you'll have the opportunity to learn new technologies like Learning Management Systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Centrify, Applicant Tracking, SSO, and more!\n\nAs the HRIS Integration Specialist, you will collaborate remotely with a small team of WorkDay Specialists. You will have the opportunity to work from home or you can work out of any of our east coast offices!\n \n\nDetails\n\n\n* Develop, document and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.\n\n* Build and support custom integration solutions to SaaS systems across Harris enterprise systems\n\n* Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.\n\n* Collaborate with IT and HR to review current Workday configurations and recommend changes and improvements.\n\n\n\n\n Qualifications\n\n\n* 3+ years of ERP, CRM, HRIS, or HCM integrating experience with a focus of Human Resources software applications.\n\n* A mandatory minimum of 2+ years of WorkDay systems experience.\n\n* 1+ years of experience designing, building, and testing WorkDay systems; including Time Tracking, Compensation and Recruiting, Reporting/Analytics, and Talent and Performance.\n\n* Basic knowledge of various integration technologies; such as EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, Cloud, SaaS or other integration technologies.\n\n* Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize.\n\n\n\n\n Assets\n\n\n* Working knowledge of HR best practices in a large global company environment. \n\n* Workday Integration Certification (Would be considered a strong asset)\n\n\n\n\n #WeAreHarris\n\n Harris is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
