Our Company is currently experiencing explosive growth due to national demand, and we’re looking for a talented lead software developer with the smarts, passion and people skills to meet our ever-growing customer expansion.\n\nThe Lead Senior Programmer will possess a deep, broad, and consistent track record of development experience in a web-oriented n-tier .Net environment.\n\nYour Experience/Qualifications:\n\n\n* Technical & Education\n\n\n\n* 5+ years of delivering commercially successful B2B, G2G, or B2G SAAS product\n\n* 5+ years’ experience managing bright, collaborative, highly-motivated engineers to deliver multiple highly complex, high quality software projects concurrently.\n\n* 5+ years of ASP.NET, C# and XML experience\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* 5+ years of .NET Full Stack Development experience\n\n* 5+ years of Frontend Development using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap\n\n* 5+ years of MS SQL 2010/2016 experience\n\n* 5+ years of experience in analyzing and writing complex queries and stored procedures\n\n* 5+ years of object-oriented design experience\n\n* 3+ years Windows IIS web server experience\n\n* 3+ years of GIT, GIThub, TFS, VSS experience\n\n* 5+ years of BI/Data applications experience\n\n* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Management\n\n\n\n* 3+ years of experience establishing metrics and process for employee assessment and improvement.\n\n* 3+ years of experience setting clear expectations and creating a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with the engineering and management teams.\n\n* 3+ years of experience setting direction for the team, anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* Leadership Skills\n\n\n\n* Able to evangelize new ideas, inspire excellence, overcome obstacles and lead people.\n\n* Aptitude to thrive in a pioneering environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and projects with critical deadlines.\n\n* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\n* Insanely curious, naturally approaches challenges with energy and positivity. \n\n* Your word is your bond.
