This role will be focused on improving design, user experience, and usability of our browser-based web application. This position is ideal for experienced product managers who have built a product from the ground up, who have a proven ability to build and grow a user base, and can establish practices to improve user experience. This role will interface across teams and be incorporated across feedback loops. Therefore, successful candidates must be highly research driven and communicative.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Be the “voice of the user” in understanding, analyzing, and advocating for considered feature tradeoffs\n\n* Improve the experience for and increasing the usability of the OpenLaw application\n\n* Propose, manage, and measure KPIs for the quality and growth of the OpenLaw application and open source contributor ecosystem\n\n* Project management to effectively deliver on rapid iterative development cycles without compromising quality or engineering principles.\n\n\n\n\nDesired Skills:\n\n\n* Experience in Product Management within an asynchronous project development process on a fully remote and globally distributed team\n\n* Obsessive about excellent UX and strong experience working with wireframes, user stories, et al.\n\n* Track record of owning and driving growth on a polished client-facing technical product\n\n* You have both strong technical and business acumen, and experience turning growth principles into engineering deliverables\n\n* 4-7 years of professional work experience\n\n* Excel at project management, organization and communication\n\n\n\n\nAt OpenLaw you must balance passion for the technology while knowing when and how to focus the conversation on our users.
