We offer great benefits, and we’re not averse to having fun on the job.\n\nWho We Need:\n\nWe are seeking a Data Architect to support the applications and systems that deliver Saas Solutions in the Urgent Care Healthcare market. Our ideal candidate has a passion for learning new things and applying technology to solve complex software business solutions.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n\n* Develop, validate, publish, and maintain logical and physical data models\n\n* Develop, document, and communicate data architectural guidelines and frameworks\n\n* Formulate and implement data governance procedures and policies\n\n* Review program/project data architecture for compliance with IT standards, policies, regulations, and architectural plans.\n\n* Identify data architectural risks and propose alternatives, mitigations, and solutions\n\n* Assisting in the development of standards for the design and development of system databases\n\n* Support R&D to deliver technology evaluations and recommendations for managing and integrating data\n\n* Provide data analysis and design in support of new enterprise services and system modernization efforts\n\n* Work with Analysts, Software developers, DBAs, and project teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives\n\n* Provide guidance and recommendations to development teams on implementing database architecture\n\n* Validate business use cases for accuracy and completeness of proposed data models\n\n* Communicate recommendations and findings, as reports, white papers, presentations, etc.\n\n\n\n\nCredentials Needed:\n\n\n* Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field, master’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.\n\n* 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise and/or application level data architectures.\n\n\n\n\nOther Must Haves:\n\n\n* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.\n\n* Excellent communication skills.\n\n* Ability to reverse engineer data models from databases and existing source code\n\n* Experience creation and maintenance of all documentation for data models\n\n* Experience in creating, maintaining, and enforcing data naming conventions and database structure standards\n\n* Must enjoy competing in company-wide Wii bowling tournaments and having fun at work\n\n\n\n\n***Candidate must be able to pass background check and drug screen. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
