We are looking for a solid foundation of technology understanding/potential and work/school experience; we are also equally interested in promising communication skills.\n\nSkills & Requirements\n\n\n* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline,\n\n* 3 years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects\n\n* Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing\n\n* Experience with Agile, other rapid application development methods, and Waterfall SDLC \n\n\n\n\nQuality doesn’t happen by accident. It takes deep knowledge and a relentless pursuit of perfection. As a Quality Engineer on our team, you’ll:\n\n\n* Work with engineers to drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated testing\n\n* Develop test plans, testing resource requirements, and scheduling of testing activity\n\n* Execute test cases/scripts, including Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing\n\n* Drive development of automation and testing in a CD/CI environment\n\n* Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques\n\n\n\n\nQualifications \n\nEvery new team member must be able to demonstrate the following technical, functional, leadership and business core competencies, including:\n\n\n* Agile Practices\n\n* Programming/Software Development\n\n* SDLC Methodologies and Practices\n\n* Analytical Thinking\n\n* Industry and Company Knowledge\n\n* Problem Solving\n\n\n
