We strive to deliver high quality and maximum functionality to our client base to enable the best patient and provider experience possible.\n\n\nThe Technical Team Lead should possess a wide range of technical knowledge and will be expected to spend a significant portion of your time actively designing, developing and reviewing code.\n\n\nPrimary Functions:\n\n\n* Translating business goals & product requirements into actionable development plans.\n\n* Ensuring that development projects are delivered on time and within budget.\n\n* Strategic planning, direction and control of product development activities; as well as technical input into the overall business strategy.\n\n* Communicating strategy developments, providing ongoing executive updates, prioritizing initiatives, and escalating roadblocks to executive leadership.\n\n* Communicating development progress and issues to management and across the organization.\n\n* Proactively fostering and building channels of communication across business units to ensure collaboration and achievement of organizational objectives.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired Experience:\n\n\n* Experience with SaaS products and multi-tenant architectures\n\n* Experience with agile processes such as Scrum\n\n* Strong architectural/design skills with the ability to lead a project to completion\n\n* Solid understanding of how web apps/servers and distributed system work\n\n* Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming\n\n* Demostrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment\n\n* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing\n\n\n\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n\n* Visual Studio Tools\n\n* HTML & CSS\n\n* Net\n\n* C#\n\n* Net\n\n* JavaScript and JavaScript Libraries\n\n* IIS and webservers\n\n* SQL Server and SQL Server Report Services\n\n* Team Foundation Server - Source Control\n\n\n\n\nNice to have Experience/expertise with:\n\n\n* Automated build/deploy/change management\n\n* Webpack\n\n* Mobile application development\n\n* Healthcare industry software design experience\n\n* iOS/Android development\n\n* Experience with public facing, high-volume transaction websites and portals\n\n\n
