\nWe’re thrilled so many people are building amazing things with our API and growing Power-Ups platform and we’d like to help even more people do the same. To nurture our growing community of developers, we’re looking for a supportive Developer Advocate to join the Trello team. We know there’s a lot we could do to make it easier to get started building on our platform and that’s where you come in.\n\nYou will...\n\n\n* Connect with and help developers use our API and Power-Ups platform.\n\n* Create content highlighting cool apps, Power-Ups, integrations, and extensions -- hopefully even some you’ve built yourself.\n\n* Write example code and create starter projects to help developers get up and running quickly.\n\n* Identify and fix anything preventing people from building for Trello.\n\n* Travel to the occasional conference to speak, and generally be active in the developer community.\n\n\n\n\nAbout you...\n\n\n* You have strong opinions on what makes an API great and you’re not shy about sharing them.\n\n* You get excited about well-written documentation that includes helpful example code and sample projects.\n\n* You get a thrill from helping people. You’re personable and a great communicator.\n\n* You’re involved in the developer community. You can’t help but share your enthusiasm for APIs and integrations. You have an active blog, Twitter account, or other public presence.\n\n* You’ve worked as a Developer Advocate or Evangelist before, or been a developer on a product team.\n\n\n\n\nAbout us...\n\nWe hire creative people and give them the autonomy to do great work. We understand how important the developer community is to our success.\n\nWe built Trello to be a remarkably great place to work.\n\nOur office is in New York City (but you don't have to be).\n\nWe welcome all applicants regardless of race, color, ethnicity, actual or perceived sexual identity, gender identity, gender expression, economic status, ability, disability, religious beliefs or disbeliefs, national origin, age, military service eligibility, veteran status, marital status, parental status, or caregiver status.\n\nWhen you apply…\n\nPlease add these answers into your cover letter:  \n\n\n* Other than having the appropriate endpoints, what makes for a good API?\n\n* Have any blog posts you want to share? Please do! \n\n* Why do you want to work for Trello?\n\n\n
