We are looking to add A-grade players to our customer-driven team to meet increased demand and support our exciting future plans.\n\nWe are searching for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer confident in taking our good QA function to world-class status. We need a player/coach that can check all the boxes on this list:\n\n\n* QA pro that has already turned out high-quality software while improving throughput.\n\n* Connected QA industry sponge that is on top of trends and knows what works.\n\n* Leader who can analyze a QA landscape, see areas to improve, and make it stronger.\n\n* Loves collaborating throughout the entirety of the SDLC with a distributed team (SW Development, Product Manager, Designer, Customer Champions) of talented players.\n\n* Makes quality happen on the input side and not just the output side - partner in the design and definition of new features or enhancements with your QA lens.\n\n* Roll-up-your-sleeves software tester that can build and execute manual/automated unit/integration/regression/smoke tests effectively and knows when to use them.\n\n* Fast learner that can see the big picture and speaks up when something doesn’t feel right.\n\n* People leader that can get the most from the SQA Analysts on your team.\n\n\n\n\nHow we get it done:\n\n\n* Our focus is on how we can continue to provide an optimal user experience.\n\n* We use Jira for product management, issue reporting, ideology, and documentation.\n\n* Basecamp is our project management and team communication tool of choice.\n\n* We rely on TestRail to keep our testing efforts sorted out.\n\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n\n* You have at least 2 years experience as a SQA Engineer.\n\n* You have at least 2 years experience managing or supervising a team.\n\n* You have successfully put SQA processes in place before.\n\n* You know your way around software design, programming and automated testing software.\n\n* You live for details. You understand that details are the difference between a failed and successful release. In fact, when we ask you later, you will tell us that your favorite color is Island Blue!\n\n* You have a BS in Computer Information Systems, or related experience.\n\n* You are self-driven and can thrive as part of a remote team.\n\n\n\n\nWhat will set you apart:\n\n\n* Someone who cares more about getting the product right than being right.\n\n* Experience with Agile/Lean Methodologies.\n\n* You have navigated the challenges of working remotely and are fully prepared to work within them.\n\n* A little coding knowledge goes a long way so let us know what you know.
