\nWe are seeking a full stack Shopify developer to join our development team. You must willing to learn fast and hit the ground running in an existing site/codebase as well as develop new sites from the ground up. As the ideal candidate, you should be a Shopify Pro and dream in liquid templates, be completely comfortable with development of custom Shopify apps, and have a lot of front-end experience making it easy for you to tweak UIs. You know the do's and don'ts of Shopify and the best way to approach a problem because of your experience and intuition at this point. You look forward to guiding the business as they improve site features, functionality, and optimizations to the site. It's hard for us to those seriously given the mid to senior range we're looking for and the Shopify requirement for this particular posting.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Rapidly design and develop application functionality to satisfy various business needs\n\n* Execute and support upkeep of the technology roadmap for the product (feature Epics, integrations, custom apps, deployment, test coverage, CI pipeline, etc)\n\n* Participate in peer code review with a focus on security, performance, and functionality.\n\n* Communicate clearly with your fellow developers and business stakeholders.\n\n* Take a leadership role in in writing specifications and the approach for various business requests\n\n* Write clean, readable code and tests.\n\n* Have a growing knowledge of our core products to ensure strong optimization and functionality in all aspects of code development.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* 1+ year of development experience with Shopify\n\n* Solid grasp of front-end of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular etc\n\n* Awareness of version control tools including GIT, deployment procedures, and working with common third-party APIs\n\n* Familiarity and comfort with agile process and sprints\n\n* Excellent English (verbal and written).\n\n\n\n\nNice to Haves:\n\n\n* More server-side coding experience (PHP preferred, but Java/Perl/.Net/Ruby are all nice too!)\n\n* Experience with servers/databases/AWS services\n\n* Previous E-commerce work and the associated security first mindset\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
