We all work from home, but that doesn't mean we aren't excited to come to work!\n\nThe Job\n\nAs AdBlock's Tech Support Coordinator, you'll be the foremost person in charge of providing excellent customer service and technical support to the users of the most popular extension in the Chrome Web Store and Safari Extensions Gallery.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPrimary person responsible for communicating with users via support discussions, email, as well as social networks, and collaborating with other AdBlock team members to organize the workload.\n\n\n* Assist users with technical issues though a support help desk system\n\n* Answer user inquiries on social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, Google+)\n\n* Escalate issues appropriately and file descriptive bug reports\n\n* Share knowledge of ongoing issues and support trends with the team\n\n* Collaborate through our project management and version control systems\n\n* Maintain a public list of known issues and workarounds\n\n\n\n\nOther Details\n\n\n* 20 hours per week workload\n\n* Flexible hours\n\n* No relocation necessary\n\n\n
