\nLocations: London, UK\nNumber of Openings: 1\nExperience: 10+ years\nEmployment Type: Full Time\nStart Date: Immediate\n\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nThe Senior Solutions Engineer will act as the primary resource for the sales of the eSentire products and services within their designated territory. The main function of this role will be to combine superior technical knowledge and sales skills in order to provide consultation to current and potential clients demonstrating product solutions to customer needs. This individual will work closely with their associated Account Executive(s) in development and execution of a comprehensive territory sales plan. This individual will further be responsible for identifying opportunities to gain brand and marketing recognition within their defined territory in the form of identifying potential conferences, speaking engagements, etc. Additionally, responsible for conducting ongoing research monitoring trends in the greater threat landscape that might provide beneficial support to the eSentire sales process.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Provide consultation to clients and potential clients in order to understand and assess product need and provide product solutions available from the organization.\n\n* Provide pre-sale education and assistance to potential customers regarding products and services offered and their ability to satisfy organizational needs.\n\n* Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting problems with product implementation, providing solutions and ensuring the success of solution implementation.\n\n* Advise clients on how best to utilize solutions purchased from the organization.\n\n* Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations\n\n* Provide training to clients on product application and utilization.\n\n* Liaise with established clients to provide information on advanced, improved and/or modified products and their applications.\n\n* Negotiate, calculate and prepare client quotations.\n\n* Track bid and quote progress.\n\n* Develop strategies to overcome or eliminate obstacles that may hinder effective sales techniques. \n\n* Continually research and develop new applications for products and services offered.\n\n* Create and maintain client relationships, consistently searching for new, potential clients who may benefit from services and products provided.\n\n* Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.\n\n* Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.\n\n* Able to travel throughout sales territory.\n\n* Other duties shall be assigned as required.\n
