Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals\nDevelop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels\nUnderstand agency, advertiser, data and vendor landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; who are the major players, how do they buy, from whom; what are the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction?\nUnderstand and effectively communicate Data Xu โ€™s value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to growth of current and prospective client accounts\nIdeally has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and of the biddable media marketplace โ€”past, present, and future\nPlans, directs and coordinates sales activities, including management of the sales pipeline, for a defined territory\nLeverages external relationships and personal network to generate sales leads for territory\nRegularly involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle including: identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; to contract negotiation and closing\nOversees and reviews technical solutions to verify the solutions meet and address the specific needs of the client\nEnsures all targeted prospect/client contacts and engagement opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com\nAdvises pursuit team in crafting and positioning deals and closing. Shares industry, deal, and sales โ€œbest practiceโ€ knowledge with sales community\nResponsible for managing demand and quickly โ€œqualifyingโ€ opportunities.\nBuilds a reputation for success and sets an example that all sales professionals should emulate\nProven sales skills in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations and closing new and existing clients\nInteracts with other members of the industry or country leadership team to define and execute sales strategies and tactics to increase new revenue\n \n\n#Salary\n$75,000 — $85,000\n \n\n#Equity\n0.025 - 0.029\n\n\n#Location\nBoston
