\nPeachWorks, is a growing company and a leader in providing enterprise software solutions for the restaurant industry. We are currently working on the second generation of our restaurant management software, building a PaaS stack based on Node.js with an AngularJS front end. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to work out of our offices in either Ann Arbor or Southfield. We are also open to possibility of hiring a remote employee. \n\nWe are looking for a self-driven product manager with a strong software development background to work as a Technical Product Manager in our product group. You’ll work across all of PeachWork’s products and help developers - both internal and external - make the most out of our Peach Platform APIs and Integrations.\n\nThis position’s focus will primarily be on our developer audience - working to understand and create the best possible experience for anyone working with our APIs and App Builder. Experience working on products or technology related to restaurants, hospitality or retail is a plus. You will be directly responsible for defining and communicating product vision and guiding implementation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Work with our internal and external developers to understand issues and turn those insights into backlog items\n\n* Gather developer and other stakeholder feedback to validate that the product works against stated metrics. Prioritize and deliver necessary enhancements\n\n* You enjoy writing code and would be excited to do so to create documentation and support assets\n\n* Define, analyze and communicate platform product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis\n\n* Promote and create developer and customer loyalty through highly innovative, quality driven product strategies and feature sets\n\n* Document and prioritize product specifications including goals, use cases and requirements\n\n* Work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new features and services\n\n* Product owner responsibilities within an agile team, specifically documenting user stories and acceptance criteria for new and existing platform functionality\n\n* Create awareness of technical product offerings and driving vision into our sales/pre-sales technical process\n\n\n
