• Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals\n• Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels\n• Understand agency, advertiser, data and vendor landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; who are the major players, how do they buy, from whom; what are the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction?\n• Understand and effectively communicate DataXu’s value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to growth of current and prospective client accounts\n• Help develop and execute in-territory or vertically-focused field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.\n• Manage complex sales-cycles across our entire portfolio of products and present to Director, VP, and C-level executives the value of our enterprise integration solutions.\n• Plans, directs and coordinates sales activities, including management of the sales pipeline, for a defined territory\n• Leverages external relationships and personal network to generate sales leads for territory\n• Regularly involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle including: identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; to contract negotiation and closing\n• Oversees and reviews technical solutions to verify the solutions meet and address the specific needs of the client\n• Responsible for managing demand and quickly “qualifying” opportunities.\nBuilds a reputation for success and sets an example that all sales professionals should emulate\n• Proven sales skills in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations and closing new and existing clients\n• Interacts with other members of the industry or country leadership team to define and execute sales strategies and tactics to increase new revenue\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary\n$120,000 — $140,000\n \n\n#Equity\n0.025 - 0.029\n\n\n#Location\nBoston
