The Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing reports to the VP of Enterprise Marketing and is responsible for driving customer engagement and advocacy in support of new business and customer retention & growth. This seasoned individual works closely with the Customer Success organization to craft a post-purchase experience that delights our customers and drives long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.\n\nRequired experience:\n\n7-10 years' of experience, including 4+ years of experience in customer marketing at a technology company\n\nStrategic thinker with bias toward execution\n\nStrong cross-functional stakeholder communications and engagement\n\nStrong relationship-building skills with senior executive customers\nStrong abilities in program development and management. The successful candidate can creatively address customer marketing programmatic needs and can show measurable results\n\nSolid management experience, covering both department/project management and people management, with demonstrated ability to manage effectively in a matrix environment.\n\nBS/BA required; MBA a plus\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCreation and management of the Castlight customer advocate program as well as partner/ecosystem advocates. Become the chief evangelizer of the reference program \nwith customers, Sales, and Product Marketing to increase awareness, establish champions and educate the company on our customers’ stories. \n\nPartner with Sales & Customer Success to prioritize customers aligned with strategic business priorities. Evaluate customers and make recommendations on most effective levels of engagement.\n\nManage end-to end process for creating compelling customer content assets that showcase our solutions and our customer's successes. Arm Sales, Marketing and PR with success stories across verticals and use cases (incl. case studies, webinars, videos etc.).\n\nCollaboration with corporate communications to make our customers heroes through PR, speaking opportunities, and awards. \n\n#Salary\n$100,000 — $150,000\n \n\n#Equity\n0.0 - 0.0\n\n\n#Location\nSan Francisco
