You will be heading Sales for our Complete Product Matrix, and and will play a critical role in realizing the growth ambition of GeoG in various markets. You will also be responsible for creating Sales territories, mapping Segments and channelize\nour Sales process. \n\n In addition to carrying a personal sales target, the person will also be responsible for the achievement of the overall sales targets\nfor the identified regions, leading a team of Sales Managers across the regions.\n\nThe Head of Sales primary responsibilities will include:\n\nFormulate the sales strategy for the region, aligned with GeoG's strengths and offerings in the IoT space.\nDevelop, cultivate, and close deals with various developers and partner firms\nIdentify business leads, industry and customer buying intelligence.\nOpen up new customers and create seamless transition of clients from new sales to strategic partners.\nMeet and exceed personal sales targets.\nLead a team of sales managers, building and inculcating a high performance and outcome focused culture.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of Software Solutions / Services Sales Experience\nHands on, leading by example.\nStrong market connect with an understanding of the competitive landscape.\nExcellent network and customer connects, at CxO level.\nEstablished credentials of leading a team of Sales Managers across the region.\nMust be really strong in English.\nMust work independently in complex fast paced environment.\nHighly entrepreneurial and passionate, with high energy levels.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n20+ years of overall experience, with at least 10+ years of Software Solutions / Services Sales Experience\nKnowledge of terminology, systems and market segmentation. Specific experience.\nFluency in multiple languages preferred. \n\n#Equity\n4.0 - 10.0\n
