We present each option with an epic panorama view from your seat so you can select the right perspective.\n\nThis position is Contract to Hire. \n\nPosition:\n\nWe are looking for a seeking a Junior Recruiter/Sourcer to help with our recruiting efforts\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n• Generate, source and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet monthly recruiting goals for technical positions\n• For our hard-to-fill jobs, locate highly qualified, "passive" candidates who are not actively seeking a new job. \n• Work closely with Head of Staffing to understand business needs and role requirements\n• Screen and qualify candidates, and be their point-of-contact through the recruitment process\n• Innovate our recruiting strategy, including constant improvements on position profiling, employer brand, and candidate experience\n\nQualifications:\n\n• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience\n• 1-2 years of experience full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally with some agency experience or prior startup experience\n• Skilled at locating passive, high-quality candidates, and able to get the candidates into the interview pipeline and closed\n• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems\n• Familiar with Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Calendars, GMail, etc.)\n• Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills\n• Ability to work in a hyper-growth, dynamic, and constantly changing environment\n• Proactive and collaborative; dynamic and high-energy but not pushy\n• Must have a sense of humor and love people \n• A passion for sports\n \n\n#Salary\n$80,000 — $120,000\n \n\n#Equity\n0.0 - 1.0\n\n\n#Location\nSan Francisco
