StackShare helps developers discover and compare software tools. Weโre building a platform for developer knowledge. From Airbnb to Dropbox, to individual developers and CTOs, StackShare has become the defacto place for companies and engineers to share the software they use and why. But we're just scratching the surface- we believe we have an opportunity to fundamentally change the way that software is built.\n\nAs Software Engineer, you will influence every aspect of the product from ideation to execution. Not only will you help shape the product moving forward, but you'll be joining a small founding team so youโll help to shape the company.\n\nYou have experience building web applications with at least one year of experience using Ruby in a production environment. You have experience building APIs (and consuming them). You hate bureaucracies and want to work at an early stage company that has few processes. Youโre comfortable taking the initiative and building things in a way that makes sense to you.\n\nYouโre comfortable working on something different every day as priorities shift. You enjoy shipping code and you believe new features should be treated as experiments and measured closely. You build with the following in mind: make it work โค make it right โค make it fast.\n\nBonus Points:\n\n- Youโre a StackShare user (include your profile URL in your application). \n- Youโre familiar with most of the tools in our stack (http://stackshare.io/stackshare). \n- Youโre a tools geek; you sign up for new tools and services just to kick the tires and satisfy your curiosity.\n\nExtra tags: ruby, rails, react, angular, postgresql, sinatra, heroku \n\nPlease mention the words **WHEN APART CAT** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMy4yMzYuMTguMjM=).
