As one of our first hires, youโll be working directly with Mimirโs development team to build out user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) for our products.\n\nWe donโt need (or want) you to be perfect, but we expect you to work hard, move fast, and constantly iterate until we get it right. Thereโs no blueprint or playbook here. You'll help write them as Mimir grows.\n- Be a quick learner. Weโre a small but mighty team - we value people that are humble and care a lot about their teammates.\n- Highly driven to be successful. Youโll get tons of support, but not a lot of guidance. We need people who will not stop until they figure out how to get the job done.\n- Be able to work in a fast-paced and often-changing startup environment.\n\nWHAT YOUR FIRST MONTH WILL LOOK LIKE\n\n- Participate in ideation of new features.\n- Rapidly iterate on mockups and specs.\n- Refine user experience of existing features through a data-driven approach.\n\nExtra tags: design, lead,ui,ux,css, web dev \n\nPlease mention the words **FOLD POND MEADOW** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMy4xMzMuMTA5LjIxMQ==).
