\nWe are seeking a developer to build and support challenging applications. We really are working with great clients on projects to do the things in the job description. A few examples of current projects include:\n\n\n* Building an interface for a causal inference model built by leading bioinformatics researchers to provide personalized identification of cancer drivers.\n\n* Working with a world-class team to build an app / messaging system to help guide young adults to good health using (among other things) a machine learning-based recommender system.\n\n* Launching an e-commerce integration product (flowlink.io) that allows online retailers to easily automate away many of their most tedious tasks.\n\n* Building an app to help home health care providers up their game to meet Medicare's latest quality rating innovations.\n\n\n\n\nNuRelm provides a wide breadth of experience, plenty of room for professional growth, a fun workplace, and an environment that values the input of everyone on the team. We are looking for a smart person who loves the Web, who loves to learn, and who enjoys working on a variety of technologies / projects. We don't want somebody who just does what they're told, but somebody who truly loves to create and relishes a tricky challenge.\n\nBenefits:\n\nFull health coverage with prescription/dental/vision, paid vacation (3 weeks the first year, 4 weeks after the second, 5 weeks after 5 years), stock options, flexible schedules, telecommuting options (we telecommute 3 days a week and work from Cube Creative Space in East Liberty), gear allowance, frequent team building activities disguised as happy hour.\n\nDuties:\n\n\n* Develop, test, and support web and mobile app on a variety of platforms (Ruby on Rails, Meteor, AngularJS, Node.js).\n\n* Develop software through the entire software development lifecycle while adhering to agile methodologies.\n\n* Learn new tools and techniques for building great software.\n\n* Pick the right technology for the task at hand (rather than fitting the task into the technology we already know).\n\n* Willingness and aptitude to move seamlessly between multiple programming languages, frameworks, and platforms.\n\n* Bring your own expertise to share with the staff and add to your experience by learning from others in a collaborative environment.\n\n* DevOps work with client sites hosted under Linux (mostly) and Windows.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
