\nBased in Germany, Nuremberg, or based in the US, Greater Boston area for the earliest entry date possible.\n\nYou love computers, networks and everything IT. You're not only indulging in this passion as a hobby, you're actively living it. You call online IT communities your second home and enjoy exchanging your thoughts with like-minded people. As a problem solver you're also known for your sense of humor and your ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way. As a native speaker you draft your answers in flawless English, and also use this skill to maintain the language quality for our marketing and communication activities. Are enthusiasm, coordination ability and creativity also among your strong suits? Then we look forward to getting to know you!\n\nAs Product Evangelist you actively live 'sense of mission' and will be our company's ambassador in the online communities used by IT administrators and tech geeks alike. Ideally, you know IT communities like Spiceworks, the relevant sites of Stack Exchange and Reddit - and you already have built a reputation for yourself in these forums. Your main task will be to provide assistance to IT admins and help them with their networking and more specifically, monitoring challenges. With this interaction you will help charge the brands Paessler AG and PRTG Network Monitor with a positive connotation. The goal of your participation in these communities is not to spread our marketing messages, but to offer real help and assistance.\n\nYour technical expertise and communication skills will also be the cornerstone to building and growing relationships with our English speaking influencers, who you identify and support. Furthermore, you'll be our online trend scout, helping us to identify and analyze our target group's hot topics, likes and dislikes.\n\nIn addition, you maintain the consistency and quality for all our English language publications (e.g., website, landing pages, and newsletters). You'll be the dedicated contact person for all questions regarding phrasing in our main communication language, US English - both regarding technical publications as well as promotional texts. Your language skills will also feed into content creation for our blog and our social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn).\n\nAs a member of Paessler's Corporate Communications team, you'll work closely with colleagues from Corporate Marketing, Regional Marketing, Business Development and our technical departments. You'll exchange experiences, share interesting insights from the IT communities and actively ask if you need assistance from our Software Development and Technical Support teams. You'll notice quickly that your colleagues are professionals with whom you can have a lot of fun! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
