We are not looking for people to build the next CRUD app. We are looking for someone who can think outside of the box and be creative. Ideally we are looking for developers with a security background. This position is for a R&D engineer to work alongside our Threat Intelligence team. This position will involve 50% research and 50% development. The engineer should have a strong desire to research computer security problems and develop prototypes.  The engineer should be comfortable working with a variety of production technologies such as ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ. They should also have advanced linux command line skills and the ability to build complex solutions in the linux environment.\nREQUIRED SKILLS \n3+ years Experience with developing Ruby on Rails apps from the ground up.\n1 year Golang Experience\nExperience building and maintaining distributed systems\nExperience working with ElasticSearch\nStrong Linux command line skills\nExperience with system administration.\nExperience with queuing technology such as Sidekiq / RabbitMQ\nExperience with Redis\nExperience with writing crawlers, scrapers utilizing a variety of tools such as capybara, webkit, phatonmjs and mechanize.\nNice to Haves\nExperience with security tools such as nmap, masscan, metasploit.\nExperience with writing tools to exploit vulnerabilities\nExperience with writing tools to scan for vulnerabilities\nExperience building threat intelligence datasets\nExperience with pentesting\nExperience with threat intelligence\nExperience with honeypots or DNS sinkholing\nExperience analyzing and dissecting security tools.
