We stay on the cutting edge of ad and analytics technology to bring clarity to account performance and to provide accountability for return on ad spend.\n\n# Location\nRemote freelance position but must be available for clients in Eastern time zone\n\n# Role\n- Perform client setup and onboarding including ad and analytics account creation\n- Manage client documents\n- Provide first line client support by phone, email or help desk\n- Improve and document processes\n- Coordinate with bookkeeping and admin staff\n\n# Experience \n-Client service for 2-3 years, preferably in marketing or advertising\n- Excellent phone skills\n- Clear written communications\n- Windows 10, Google Docs, Google Hangouts, and Gmail a must\n- Intermediate Excel\n- Prefer experience with AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager\n- Prefer experience with Asana project management, Toggl time tracking, Streak CRM, Freshdesk help desk, and Sharpspring marketing automation\n\n# Some attitudes you may share with us already\n- Service-oriented and value client results\n- Love to master new business apps to build lasting processes and systems\n- Detail-oriented to stay accountable to clients and colleagues\n- Adaptable to change in a growing business environment\n\n# Compensation\n- Starts at $17/hr, depending on experience.\n- Additional benefits can include Adwords certification and other training opportunities for professional development\n\nExtra tags: customer support, adwords, bing ads, facebook ads, customer service
