We need a seasoned HR leader that help us as we ramp up on hiring. We need someone with experience building processes that facilitate hiring, and forming HR policies for different businesses.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\nOwn the recruitment pipeline for all new hires for Remote Year. Create a streamlined process to go from:\n\na. Team need β†’ Candidate pipeline β†’ Candidate screening β†’ Candidate interview scheduling β†’ Candidate offer β†’ Candidate onboarding\n\n\nCreate and implement HR policies relevant to Remote Year’s unique business model Β­\ni.e. employees constantly traveling, global hiring, employment visas, etc.\n\n\nCreate general HR guidelines for Remote Year that help us make important and sensitive decisions\nQualifications: 5+ years of experience in HR (startΒ­up experience is ideal, but not required)\n\n\nQualities\n\n\nPassion for the cause – we need to get every potential employee excited about the unique way that we are changing the world, and you are the front\n\n\nPassion for travel – role will require physical presence on Remote Year programs\n\n\nOwnership – we don’t like micromanaging. We expect dedication and ownership\n\n\nOrganization skills – great time management skills, ability to multitask\n\n\nInterpersonal skills Β­ while the role is more strategic in nature, each member of our team touches Remotes (customers) in one way or another\n\n\nExtra tags: human resources, hr, recruiting, people ops\n\nExtra tags: hr, recruiting, people, operations
