\nING is looking for motivated IT DevOps Engineers to strengthen our team for Calypso, the strategic global back-office application Job description: As a DevOps Engineer you are responsible for delivering a stable and fit-for-purpose Calypso service. You will join one of the five Calypso scrum teams and contribute to the Continuous Delivery initiatives. Scrum is a way of working, focusing on iterative and incremental software development in small, multi-disciplinary teams. Continuous Delivery is a design practice to automate and improve the process of software delivery. You will be responsible for both the functional- and technical support of the Calypso application Also, you will develop (complex) new functionality and coordinate its implementation on the Calypso Production environment. Finally, you will furiously automate everything together with the rest of team: deployment, functional/technical/performance testing, system health checks, and anything else that is still done manually.\n\nYour work environment:\n\nThe Calypso Global Team is a young, energetic and flexible team. Together with your team you will work on strategic projects that are broadening the user base and product scope of the Calypso application, e.g. cash- and liquidity management, Cash Equities, and decommissioning of legacy systems (globally). Next to that, you will implement state-of-the-art tools to automate IT processes, e.g. automatic deployment and automatic regression testing.
