Demands on load, reliability and availability increase. Since our Enterprise-Level Clients have a high need on security and availability, we are looking forward to introduce load-balancing / failovers across multiple data-centers / eventually extend to vendor managed infrastructures. Your challenge is to build, maintain, monitor and optimize this linux based Infrastructure for our applications. Ready to take the challenge?\n\n\nYour responsibilities that directly impacts the future of the company:\n\n\n* Build, maintain, monitor and optimize an infrastructure currently based on Ubuntu 14 LTS\n\n* Manage, monitor and optimize Services on the infrastructure, especially:\n\n\n\n* Our RTP-Based VideoChat-Communications (TURN and STUN Servers / Load Balancing needed here)\n\n* Our RTMP-Based VideoChat-Communications (Red5 and Cumulus Servers/ Load Balancing needed here too)\n\n* Apache/Nginx\n\n* Dovecot/Postfix\n\n* MySQL-Servers\n\n* Jenkins\n\n\n\n* Evaluate and eventually implement modern technologies like\n\n\n\n* Docker\n\n* CloudStack\n\n* Terraform\n\n* Consul\n\n\n\n* Regularly Review, Test and Improve Deployment Strategies, Backup and Recovery Strategies, Disaster Recovery Strategies\n\n* Contribute on CI Workflows and support developers with Vagrant and rocketeer\n\n* Look for opportunities to automate and improve repetitive tasks\n\n* Plan and implement Linux server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and patches\n\n\n\n\nWhat we offer you\n\nWe are working in a very modern office in the heart of Berlin with a perfect infrastructure (hub:raum, Deutsche Telekom AG) and have built an inspiring but challenging environment with creative, dynamic and multi-cultural colleagues.
